Enquiries
Is submitting an enquiry the same as placing an order?
No. An enquiry tells us what you need so we can review it and follow up. Prices, availability, timescales and terms are discussed and agreed with you directly before anything goes ahead.
What should I include in my enquiry?
As much detail as you have: what the goods are, any specification or reference, the quantity, where the goods are and where they need to go, and when you need them. Optional fields can be left blank if you do not know the answer yet.
How will you contact me?
We use the contact details and the preferred contact method you give in the form. You will see an enquiry reference when you submit it, which you can quote if you get in touch.
Products
Do you deal in new or used goods?
Both. We buy and sell new and used products. When you enquire, let us know whether you need new items, used items or either.
Can I offer goods to ANTHOZ?
Yes. Choose “Offer goods to us” on the enquiry form and describe what you have, its condition, the quantity and where it is located. We review every offer and let you know whether it is something we can take forward.
How do I find out the cost?
Costs depend on the goods, quantity, specification, destination, timescale and shipping method. Include as much of that detail as you can in your enquiry and we will discuss costs with you when we follow up.
Shipping
Which shipping methods can you arrange?
Shipment can be arranged by sea, air or road. The most suitable option depends on the goods, the route, your timescale and your budget, and we discuss it with you for each enquiry.
Which countries can you ship to or from?
Please include where the goods are and where they need to go in your enquiry, and we will confirm whether we can help with that route.
