How it works

A simple route from enquiry to agreement.

Tell us what you need, and we take it from there. Here is what happens after you get in touch, and what helps us respond usefully.
  1. Step 1

    Share your requirements

Tell us what product or trade service you are enquiring about.

  2. Step 2

    Provide the details

Supply the relevant quantities, specifications, destination and timing. Leave out anything you do not know yet.

  3. Step 3

    Discuss the options

We review the enquiry and follow up on any missing information.

  4. Step 4

    Confirm the next steps

Commercial terms, availability and arrangements are agreed with you directly.

An enquiry is not an order. Submitting a form does not confirm a quotation, product allocation, order or shipment. Those are agreed with you directly.

In detail

What happens at each stage.

A carton, tape measure and blank tag on a packing bench.
  1. Step 1: Share your requirements

Choose the type of enquiry that fits best: buying a product, offering goods, import, export, shipping or something else. You do not need an account, and choosing “General enquiry” is fine if you are unsure.

  2. Step 2: Provide the details

The form asks only what is relevant to your enquiry: the goods, quantities, locations and timing. Optional questions can be skipped. You will see a summary to check before you send it.

  3. Step 3: Discuss the options

We review what you have sent and follow up using your preferred contact method. If anything is missing or unclear, we ask rather than assume.

  4. Step 4: Confirm the next steps

If the enquiry can go ahead, costs, availability, timescales and responsibilities are discussed and agreed with you directly. Nothing is confirmed by submitting the form alone.

Questions

About enquiries.

All frequently asked questions

Is submitting an enquiry the same as placing an order?

No. An enquiry tells us what you need so we can review it and follow up. Prices, availability, timescales and terms are discussed and agreed with you directly before anything goes ahead.

What should I include in my enquiry?

As much detail as you have: what the goods are, any specification or reference, the quantity, where the goods are and where they need to go, and when you need them. Optional fields can be left blank if you do not know the answer yet.

How will you contact me?

We use the contact details and the preferred contact method you give in the form. You will see an enquiry reference when you submit it, which you can quote if you get in touch.
