Import enquiries
Import

Importing goods involves more than finding a product. Quantities, specifications, packaging, the route and the paperwork all affect what is possible and what it costs.
How an import enquiry works
Start by describing the goods and the quantity you have in mind. If you know where the goods are coming from, include that too. We review the details, follow up on anything that needs clarifying and discuss the options with you.
What we will ask you
- A clear description of the goods, with any specification or reference you have
- An estimated quantity and unit, such as items, cartons, pallets or kilograms
- Where the goods are now, if known, and where they need to be delivered
- Your preferred timescale
- Any documentation you already know will be required
Before anything is agreed: Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or a booking. Availability, costs, timescales and responsibilities are discussed and agreed with you directly before anything goes ahead.
